Hi,WOW….Happy Birthday Auckland….here are 3 days of Summer to
help you celebrate!!
Yes the weather Gods smiled on the ‘City of Sails’ and
throughout the City we BBQ’d, boogied and basked in the sun whilst toasting all
that is good about our ‘Hood’.
I couldn’t help but feel pretty happy as we all tucked into
our favourite Tip Top flavours after a hard out surf session whilst sitting under
a coastal shade canopy of Pohutukawa and Puka. Then in a blast from the past we
listened to the cricket on a small transistor while chilling around 48.Life
doesn’t get any better,we are so lucky to live where we do in this amazing
country,happy,healthy and free.
Fletcher
reckons; Auckland should have organised a massive kids birthday party
with cake and lollies to take home in Goody bags! He is also firmly convinced
after watching Toy Story 1,2and 3 that his toys also come alive when he is not
there or asleep. So to assist the process he arranges them together each day
before leaving the house and each evening before going to bed!!......crikey
imagine the fun they must all have….(did I say that J!!??).
Thanks for your kind feedback about Harry Jones last week,we
appreciated your support.
If you were lucky enough to have a long weekend I hope it was
a relaxing one.If you had a normal Monday then don’t worry your turn is less
than a week away….enjoy!!
Have an awesome week ahead………Cheers Jonesey!
The Hendersons reckon they talk to Fletchers toys all the
time especially Izzey!!

First week back at work and it was a cracker!
Plenty going on as promised by the strong economic forecasts
for 2017.
Strong immigration and tourism numbers fueling commercial and
residential building demand will make us busy Green Gorilla’s this year.
Low unemployment and interest rates will also ensure plenty
of consumer confidence.
So the focus has to be on how to take the most profitable
advantage of the situation.
This doesn’t mean ripping people off, moreover, making sure
that you get a fair return for the effort or capital investment made.
Adding new customers/businesses is great however existing
customers are also experiencing growth during these positive times and
focusing/understanding their needs is equally as important/profitable.
In a good example of this I was able to go the extra mile for
two of my customers last week.
This allowed me to do something extraordinary and unexpected
which resulted in positive feedback and valuable information about their growth
plans for the new year.
It was an early reminder for me that will ensure a balanced
approach to my prospecting.
I have always enjoyed going the extra mile for my customers
something I never charge for yet always get repaid tenfold for in return……my
recommendation and formula for 2017!!

make a living by what we make but we make a life by what we give”.
